How to Use

The mats have a three fold purpose that is important to our curriculum. They cushion your knees while using Axial Pro in a kneeling position. They bring instability to static standing exercises on Axial Pro, and finally they bring tactility to the bucket with the laminated pad secured in the recessed area in the bottom of the bucket.
